Our current course is unsustainable. We need to change the way we do things.
As a Capri homeowner for over 30 years, I am running for the Board to protect property values and enhance our community. Professionally, I ran a tech consulting firm for 14 years before becoming Director of IT for a $50M local startup. This background brings deep experience in personnel, budgeting, project management, and efficiency.
My priorities are:
- Communications: Improve open information sharing. Transparency and straight talk are key.
- Operations: Improve vendor assessments to get better results while reducing timelines and costs.
- Governance: Provide accessible online guidance to help residents follow rules. An informal reminder can eliminate nasty notices.
- Strategic Planning: Execute short- and long-term plans covering insurance, maintenance, and improvements for ALL of our buildings, roads, pool, and common areas.
Together, I know we can do better.
