Capri Homeowners Association — September 24 recall

Dear Neighbors,

We are running for the Board because we believe our community deserves transparency, financial responsibility, and open communication.

Our vision for the association is built on four core commitments:

The Board should be the honest, representative voice of our community NOT an organization operating with secrecy or hidden agendas.

Let’s bring accountability back to our HOA. We appreciate your vote and your trust.

Please return your September 24, 2026 ballot, and mark it.

How to mark your ballot

Match the paper the inspector mailed you. If that paper differs from this card, follow the official ballot.

  1. Return your ballot. A ballot that never arrives cannot help.
  2. Vote yes to remove all four named directors: Bernadine Cruz, Chris Harvey, Christina Kline, and Deann M. Olson.
  3. If you vote yes to remove someone, do not mark that person as a replacement.
  4. On the replacement side, mark these four names only: Scott Magner, Virginia Smith, Sunni Spoon, and Dharmesh “Dan” Vadchhedia. Mark the same four. Do not mark Cruz, Harvey, or Kline.

Please read this: A “no” vote can keep a director in office even if most neighbors vote yes. If you want them removed, vote yes to remove them.

The board does not disappear if the recall succeeds. One director, Monica-Leigh Privratsky, is not on this ballot. Seats are then filled by the official process. The annual election comes next.

What the board owes you

California law asks a homeowners association board to take care of the money, maintain common areas, apply the rules fairly, and meet in the open. Here is that scorecard, where Capri’s board has fallen short, and what we will do about it.

We can walk you through this card only: return the ballot, vote yes on all four, mark the four replacements, and use the official paper you were mailed.

After September 24

When the recall is counted, we will post what the result means and how to mark the annual election ballot. Those annual ballots are expected in September, with counting in October and results in November.
