Like many homeowners, I have watched our association dues continue to increase while many residents are left with questions about where our money is being spent and how decisions are being made. Whether you agree or disagree with every decision, I believe every homeowner deserves clear communication, accountability, and a board that listens.
I am not running to create conflict. I am running to ask questions, seek facts, encourage accountability, and help ensure that every dollar collected from homeowners is managed responsibly and in the best interests of our community.
