How to mark your September 24 ballot
Match the paper the inspector mailed you. If that paper differs from this card, follow the official ballot.
- Return your ballot. A ballot that never arrives cannot help.
- Vote yes to remove all four named directors: Bernadine Cruz, Chris Harvey, Christina Kline, and Deann M. Olson.
- If you vote yes to remove someone, do not mark that person as a replacement.
- On the replacement side, mark these four names only: Scott Magner, Virginia Smith, Sunni Spoon, and Dharmesh “Dan” Vadchhedia. Mark the same four. Do not mark Cruz, Harvey, or Kline.
Please read this: A “no” vote can keep a director in office even if most neighbors vote yes. If you want them removed, vote yes to remove them.
The board does not disappear if the recall succeeds. One director, Monica-Leigh Privratsky, is not on this ballot. Seats are then filled by the official process. The annual election comes next.
